Kim, your post was made on the day my 18 year old son died. It is still so fresh and raw for me so those outbursts of tears come so often. I wish you a level of peace that can replace some of those tears with memories that warm your heart.

One of the things my counselor told me that got me through the first few months was: the only thing that you truly have to do is breathe. Thats it. Keep it simple and set your goals low for now. One minute becomes one hour becomes one day.
If it is not too intrusive, I would love to know about your son.
